This is a project in which I have been working with Military Veterans. The photos below are only from a few sessions that have happened throughout the project. We work with different media through the majority of the session - these range from pencil drawings to making sock monsters to cupcake decorating. Having such a range of medias allows for the participants to learn and develop new skills. There have been sessions that have happened due to an idea of a participant. 

Working in a participant centred way allows for the needs of the participants to be taken into account as well as using those needs to bring in a new way of doing something such as making activities a step by step process or working in more abstract way.
